Hi everyone, Sub-tenant wanted for a fully equipped, bright, 2-room apartment, with stucco in a central and quiet location in Stuttgart (Bad Cannstatt). As some of the furniture and the natural wooden floor are very nice, we are looking for a respectful, clean and responsible sub-tenant :) Non-smokers only. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. No loud music please. The apartment is on the first floor of a multi-party house.
